A lot goes into choosing the natural lifestyle products we place on the shelves of our health food store in Orange. With our years of experience, we've learnt how to delicately blend the best of oriental and western medicines and treatments - creating a truly holistic approach to natural health. We listen to stories of our ancestors, our grandmother and mother, and then share their wisdom with you.
We're focused on bringing you the highest quality natural organic and local foods, medicines and supplements. That means we place value on sourcing from ethically conscious organisations and local producers, because we're locals like you.
We’re Australians, and we endeavour to source the best Australian natural products – produced in Australia, and ones produced by Australians the world over.

What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a distinct form of preventative health care that combines evidence-based methodologies with traditional wisdom. Naturopaths treat both acute and chronic conditions as well as common conditions.
Six principles underpin the practice of naturopathy:
The healing power of nature (Vis Medicatrix Naturae)
First do no harm
Find and treat the cause whenever possible, not only the symptoms (Tolle Causum)
Treat the whole person
Education
Prevention
These six principles are kept in mind when a naturopath takes your case, develops a treatment plan and when developing a maintenance plan for long-term good health.
Naturopaths use various methodologies in their practice. These may include: herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, homeopathy, dietary and lifestyle advice, massage therapy or other therapies. Naturopaths are registered and recognised for their contribution to the provision of alternate, healthy sustained health care - and most Australian patients that hold private health insurance may be able to claim for both consultation and prescription medicines.

Hetal Gohil
Based in Dubbo NSW, I’m a Naturopath who from a very young age felt inclined to study alternative medicinal therapies, using them to heal people.
I strive to learn all I can about this field, and regularly update my skills and knowledge in a variety of holistic treatments. To ensure that I provide my patients with the latest Naturopathic practices, I regularly attend workshops, training courses, in addition to working with industry experts.
I’m highly motivated and passionate, and I believe in bridging the gap between ancient and modern Naturopathy. This means making use of the latest technology, along with an ever-expanding knowledge base. I gain great satisfaction following the journey of my patients, as their health and wellbeing improves.
My qualifications include:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Advanced Diploma of Herbal Medicine
Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy Medicine
Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine
Masters of Health Service Management

Sally Arnold
I was born in the Central West, and grew up in a medical family—my father was a GP and mother a midwife, so health and wellbeing are part of my DNA. After living in Southeast Asia for 15 years, I returned to Orange to care for my ageing mother.
Although I am new to health food retail, I’ve had a lifelong interest in holistic medicine and alternative health practices. I believe in living an ethical and sustainable lifestyle, as much as possible. My educational training is in Visual Arts and Design.
During my time in Asia I worked as a tour leader, travel writer and researcher. I often visited local healers and sought traditional remedies for various ailments with positive results. I held a close association with Yayasan Bumi Sehat, a clinic in Indonesia that provides free midwifery and health services, including alternative therapies, such as acupuncture and naturopathy, to locals. I helped develop a charity partnership between my tour company and the clinic and would take tour groups to visit the facility in Bali.
I am an inquisitive person who loves talking to people, discovering new things and new ways of thinking, as well as sharing my own knowledge. Travel is my passion and I obsessively (so people say) collect children’s picture books.
